The web site has the most recent information on committee and subcommittee meetings, workshops, sessions and individual presentations. You can use the Interactive Preliminary Program to conduct searches by session title, paper title, keywords, author, and subject area to plan your personalized itinerary which includes meeting room names. I would particularly encourage you to participate in the events sponsored by our Committee and subcommittees.

No-host dinner
Committee and subcommittee members, friends and anyone interested are invited to join us at the LAURIOL PLAZA restaurant, Tuesday, January 25, 5:45pm. The restaurant is located at 1835 18th street NW, just a couple of blocks from the Hilton. This is the same restaurant that we ate at last year. We will have a very limited number of phone lines available for those who would like to call in to the full Congestion Pricing Committee meeting. TRB Joint Summer Meeting: Planning and Performance Measurement for All Modes

Join more than 300 transportation professionals expected to participate in the TRB Joint Summer Meeting: Planning and Performance Measurement for All Modes, July 11-14, 2010, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The meeting features individual meetings and joint collaborative sessions with optional workshops scheduled both before and after the conference.
What have we learned about congestion pricing in the US and internationally?
Conference workshop: July 14, 2010, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Minneapolis, MN
This workshop is designed to draw lessons learned from a recent USDOT international road pricing scanning tour, U.S. congestion pricing projects, and on-going or recently completed research studies related to congestion pricing and distance-based charges. The workshop will also include discussions of freight stakeholder perspectives on congestion pricing and planning and performance measures for congestion pricing and managed lane projects. The workshop format will include panels, roundtable discussions and a poster session on recent research and significant U.S. pricing projects. The workshop will address the following topics:
- International - What lessons can be learned from the recent USDOT international road pricing scan?
- United States - What lessons have we learned from the Urban Partnership Agreement (UPA) and Congestion Reduction Demonstration (CRD) projects in the U.S.? What are best practices for planning and performance measures for congestion pricing and managed lane projects in the U.S.?
- Freight Stakeholders and Congestion Pricing – What issues must be addressed from a freight stakeholder perspective in considering congestion pricing or distance-based charges?
- Research – What has been learned from recently completed or on-going research in road pricing?

Minnesota's project partners invite you to tour the UPA projects developed under agreement with the U.S. DOT. The tour will feature the new and enhanced park and ride facilities and transit vehicles; the MARQ 2 high tech bus corridor in downtown Minneapolis, I-35W MnPASS lanes, priced dynamic shoulder lanes and Active Traffic Management Technologies as well as a report on Minnesota's telecommuting initiative.
